Aunt Paula, Uncle Howard meant the world to our family and want you to know how much we love all of you and are deeply saddened by his passing. Our only comfort is that he is no longer in pain. I know He and Daddy are taking one heck of a Harley road trip in heaven right now. Love, Scott, Stephanie, Brice and Ava Percynski
ReplyDeleteI don’t know how much I said in my last em ail, not being able to write on the blog for some reason. I had written my sentiments, then it wouldn’t accept it. I’m sorry! I did say how very glad I was that Paul and I were able to attend your anniversary celebration and be with you and Howard and the children. I’ve printed out everything from the blog and will continue to check. What a proper time for Howard to go to Heaven. I wish I had known him better, but simply marrying you and my being around him the small amount of time I was shows how very special he was. I am deeply saddened for you and am thinking of all of you everyday during this time. We will continue to correspond, I will make certain. I am comforted that you have so much love surrounding you to help you. All my love, Jimmie
ReplyDeletePaula, I found out just this week of Howard's illness. Sometimes our communication channels are not the best in the world. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. You and Howard always seemed to be such a loving and dedicated couple, not just to each other but to your family. How blessed you all have been!
ReplyDeleteI would have liked to have taken Mom and Dad to see you all, but Mom has been pretty sick with bronchitis (maybe pneumonia). They were not up to taking the drive to Macon. Dad is slowing down tremendously; of course, he'll be 88 in July. But know that all of us have been in our hearts and prayers.
Love ya,
Deborah
Paula and children, What a fine legacy Howard leaves to you all. The love that he and Paula shared so special and so rare. Your extended family in Statesboro is thinking and praying for you all during this time. God be with you now and always. With much love, Karen, Allene & "JR" (L.M.JR)
ReplyDeleteDear Paula,
ReplyDeleteJust a quick reminder that we love you and your family so much. You are in our thoughts and prayers every day especially in the days ahead. Please try to take care of yourself. You know that Howard would want you to do that.
The gardens are absolutely beautiful! I want to come back when we can sit and visit. Maybe we can get together when I go back to Dr. Barnes next month and hopefully I will be able to get around better by then also.
We were supposed to tell you that Jack Sweat sent word that all of you are in their prayers. He remembers the stops that were made at the Sweat's barbeque.
Also I wanted to let you know that the "Ruby Harmon" who signed the online register at Hart's site is my Ruby at the health department. She is the black nurse who has worked with me for years and always called Aunt Claudia "Aunt Claudia". She and all my staff have been asking about you throughout these months and praying for you too.
Give our love to all and we'll keep in touch.
Much love ,
Pamela
Saddened to read of this loss, praying for

In His Love,
Jean
